Her career began at the front desk where she continued to master every role in the recruiting industry, eventually leading her to ownership. Karen has strong proven background in Account Management, Recruitment and Strategic Planning. Her degrees in Business Administration and Behavioral Sciences has provided her with an educational foundation of how to unite business and human behavior. Karen has an outstanding reputation in the industry for working closely with clients to deliver custom staffing programs as well as has earned the respect from her team and peers as a being true leader who cares. Her core values are to inspire and empower those around her, serve with the highest integrity, and to provide a qualitative centric staffing service.
